Twin Hickory Sales and Welcome Center -

The Twin Hickory sales and welcome center needed to communicate to the homebuyer all that Twin Hickory would have to offer. An oversized plat table was created to display the community layout. Wall displays were created to introduce the various homebuilders and to showcase the area and the community amenities. 2 kisoks were fabricated that promoted the lifestyle and amenities through display art and copy and actual recreation objects, such as tennis rackets and balls.
The Vinings Rental Center -

Due to space limitations in the community center of The Vinings apartment community, we created a display pedestal and a wall display grouping. The display pedestal was finished in pickled oak, and featured the 8 apartment floor layouts. The wall displays included a Vinings display logo, an area map, and an equal housing statement.
Covenant Woods Sales and Welcome Center -

Covenant Woods is a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Mechanicsville, VA. The sales and welcome center required that 7 wall displays be fabricated of cherry wood with a light cherry finish. Frosted acrylic boxes were recessed in the base of the displays; each box had an object appropriate to the theme of the display that was lighted from within the display frame base. Display art was installed in each of the wall displays.
Foxbank Sales and Welcome Center -

Foxbank is a new home community near Charleston, SC. The sales and welcome center was installed in the model home and is designed to communicate to the homebuyer the advantages of buying an HHHunt Home in Foxbank. The display consists of 17 wall displays featuring the builders stories, legacy story, home designs, area features and lifestyle of Foxbank.
Summerlake Sales and Welcome Center -

The Summerlake sales and welcome center was designed to be a flexible display, as the location would change from a sales trailer to the clubhouse after construction was completed. The installation included 6 wall displays featuring educational opportunities, community and area amenities, lifestyle, location, and community homebuilders. The custom designed plat table featured the community layout, and was designed to be updated as the community grew.
Rutland Sales and Welcome Center -

Rutland is a new home community build on a historic farm property in Hanover County, VA. The sales and welcome center consists of 3 elements: a timeline display detailing the history of the property from 1790 to present; a sales promotion installation featuring a plat of the projected community, wall displays featuring the lifestyle, amenities, schools, location and homebuilders stories; and another display area featuring the homebuilders product of HHHunt Homes.

Barber-Martin Advertising wanted a display area that could showcase some of their samples and provide a source for the account reps to obtain samples for their client calls. The solution: a series of shelves to display posters and oversized ads, with larger pedestals at either end for the display of 3 dimensional shelf talkers.

Charter Colony is a new home community in Chesterfield County, VA. The sales and welcome center was installed in the community clubhouse and is designed to communicate to the homebuyer the advantages of living in Charter Colony. The display consists of 7 wall displays featuring the history, lifestyle, amenities, education opportunities, builders stories, and area features of Charter Colony. The plat table shows the community, and can be updated as the community expands.
